FAQs

If you have any questions other than what we have listed here, please reach out to Kimberly at 610.299.6152.
Question

What is the Covid-19 protocol?

Answer

In light of COVID-19, we strongly recommend taking a COVID test prior to your arrival at the venue. We will be providing face masks for the well-being of our loved ones to those who wish to wear one. We are closely monitoring the CDC recommendations and will send out an update if any changes are made. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all those who have been affected by the pandemic.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Guests should wear a cocktail dress, a suit and tie, or a sports coat. If weather allows, our ceremony will be taking place on a grassy field, so please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear! Please, no jeans.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is present enough! However, for friends and family who have expressed an interest, we’ve created an online registry through Zola that can be found at www.zola.com/wedding/winters-vincent/registry.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can head to cocktail hour in the Franklinville Room, right outside of the Grand Ballroom, where there will be passed hors d'oeuvres and beverages.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a large parking lot outside of the hotel/venue for guests to use for free.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures from cocktail hour and the reception on their social media channels. However, we will be having an "unplugged ceremony," so the use of phones will be discouraged during that time. Our only request for photos that you do decide to post is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #KimberlysPerfectMattch so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Friday, February 26, 2022.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please indicate any special dietary restrictions on your RSVP form so we can let the caterer know ahead of time.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this advance notice means you’re able to find other accommodations for your children and celebrate with us on this day!

Question

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Our hotel block at Normandy Form Hotel has been filled, but for details on how to book at The Hyatt House within our room block, please see our "Travel" page at www.zola.com/wedding/winters-vincent/travel.
