Are there COVID-19 protocols for the wedding?

Answer

Yes. Vaccination and booster(s) against the COVID-19 virus are required. In addition, a negative COVID-19 PCR test must be provided by Tuesday, March 29, 2022. Please use this link https://forms.gle/o5gRvrLjj2z696bg6 to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster. If you need assistance, please contact our wedding consultant, Marta Valle at mv81526@gmail.com. Without proof of vaccination by, your RSVP will be considered "will not attend". For guests who cannot or chose not to attend in person, we welcome your presence virtually. Virtual access details are forthcoming.

If you need assistance, please contact our wedding consultant, Marta Valle at mv81526@gmail.com. Without proof of vaccination your RSVP will be considered "will not attend".

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend guests arrive at 1:30p.m., 30 minutes before the wedding ceremony begins in order to park, get seated, and become acquainted with mass ceremony before the processional begins. The Cathedral does not allow admission into the church during the processional.

What should I wear?

Answer

Hey fancy! The attire is black tie. Tuxes may be worn. A dark suit and tie are also appropriate. Formal floor-length gowns or cocktail length attire is welcomed.

The wedding and reception are adult-only.

Is parking available at the Cathedral?

Answer

Street parking and deck parking are available near the Cathedral and is validated. For parking maps and parking details please visit RichmondCathedral.org/our-cathedral/

Is parking available at the Jefferson?

Answer

Yes. There is valet and self-parking at the Jefferson. Self-parking in the Main Street lot will be validated on Saturday afternoon during the reception.

Has a block of rooms been reserved?

Answer

Yes. A block of hotel rooms are reserved at the Jefferson Hotel until March 1st. Please see the "Travel" tab for more information.
