The Love Story
"Summer Sixteen"
Ron and Lauren met on a hot Sunday in June 2016 at Saint Elizabeth Catholic Church in Highland Park. Ron was working at "St. E" as a youth minister, and Lauren was visiting the church for the first time after returning home from living in North Carolina. They were introduced after church by a mutual family friend. After a brief conversation they decided to casually meet for coffee the next day. Their 6-hour coffee date turned into dinner and drinks after which they both knew they had a once-in-a-lifetime soul connection!
