Camp games and welcome activities will start at 1:00 pm on Friday, July 18. Join us anytime after but the closer to 1:00 pm you arrive the more fun you'll be able to enjoy! When should I leave? Our farewell brunch will be Sunday, July 20 at 9:00 am. Feel free to come say goodbye and leave us some memories before heading home!
We will say our "I do's" and dance the night away on Saturday, July 19 at 4:30 pm. We invite you to come earlier in the day to enjoy games in the morning! Feel free to arrive anytime after 10:00 am (there will be shuttles from the Grand Geneva to help get you to and from camp!) If you come early make sure you bring a change of clothes to go from play to party! There will be designated spaces to change and get ready for the ceremony at 4:30. If you choose to not participate in morning games, please plan to get to camp by 4:00 pm for our 4:30 pm ceremony.
If you're staying on-site, you'll be assigned a cozy cabin, tent, or bunkhouse for the weekend. The cost is $250 per person (Friday–Sunday), which includes your bed, access to all camp amenities (like canoeing and hiking), morning coffee, campfire breakfasts, and nightly after-parties. To reserve your spot contact Laura at lkolar615@gmail.com or 262-497-8125, Venmo or Zelle @winstonfeng22. There are 50 spots at camp of various levels, let us know ASAP if you're interested to save your spot! *All accommodations are the same price regardless of style.
Some cabins have private bathrooms, but most use clean, shared bathhouses with hot showers. Bedding is provided, though we suggest bringing a beach towel for swimming! *See packing list for more details of what to bring
Absolutely! We have a room block at Timber Ridge Lodge. There are also great hotel options and Airbnbs in Elkhorn, just a short drive from camp. You're welcome to stay off-site—just make sure to arrange your own transportation to and from the weekend events if not staying at the Timber Ridge Lodge. *Many hotels are booked due to an event close to the camp, so if you would like to stay outside of the room block make sure to book quickly!
The closest airports are Milwaukee (MKE) – about 1 hour away, and Chicago O’Hare (ORD) – 1.5 to 2 hours away and ideal for international travelers.
We recommend carpooling with friends or family if possible, especially if flying into O'hare (ORD). Lyfts/Ubers should be available from Milwaukee International (MKE) however it will be a 45 minute drive. Parking is limited at camp (especially overnight) but there will be a shuttle from Timber Ridge Lodge to Camp for festivities.
Plan for comfortable camp wear during the day and somewhat casual, summer cocktail attire for the ceremony. No need for anything too fancy—just something fun, semi-dressy, and weather-appropriate. Evenings can get chilly, so pack layers, a sweater, and a light jacket.
We’ll have plenty of food and drinks, but feel free to bring your favorite snacks or beverages. Other essentials: bug spray, sunscreen, a flashlight or headlamp, a swimsuit is very very important, and anything else that makes you comfy at camp!
You know Winston and Laura love to eat. All meals from Friday dinner to Sunday brunch are included. Expect camp-style eats: BBQ, burgers, wraps, salads, and s’mores. Drinks include beer, wine, and signature camp cocktails!
Yes! We’ll have vegetarian options / Gluten Free and can accommodate most dietary restrictions—just let us know in advance. Feel free to bring a cooler with your favorites for your cabin or tent.
Friday features a Welcome BBQ, games, and s’mores. Saturday includes breakfast, hikes, camp games, the wedding at 4:30 PM, and a full night of food, music, and fun. Sunday wraps up with a farewell brunch and memory box drop-off.
Nope! Everything is optional—join what you like and take time to explore, relax, or float on the lake. Don’t forget your swimsuit and dancing shoes—we’ll have karaoke, lawn games, and plenty of music!
Wi-Fi and cell service are limited, but we will have a photographer, Polaroid guestbook, and cozy common spaces. Quiet hours start at 10:30 PM, but the fire pit is open for stargazing and late-night hangs.
No pets, please. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas, and the camp is rustic but mostly walkable. Let us know if you need any special accommodations—and bring a costume for late-night fun!
Yes—10:30 PM is quiet time, but low-key fire pit convos are welcome.
Yes! We may ask for volunteers for small tasks like games master, game setup, grill master, trivia hosting or memory box setup—stay tuned!
We’ve got tents and covered options just in case. Don’t worry—we’re prepared! Worse case...we dance in the rain!
