Hey Camper, We are so excited to celebrate our wedding with you! Imagine waking up to coffee by the lake, spending the weekend surrounded by friends and family! Think bonfires, lake swims, and late-night hangs under the stars. 🌲 What to Expect 🏕️ Rustic, Charming, & Full of Nostalgia- Camp Wandawega is not a luxury resort. It’s an authentic, old-school summer camp with a mix of cabins, bunkhouses, and tents. It’s all part of the charm! 🚿 Bathrooms & Showers Shared bathhouses are available, so pack accordingly bath slippers would be nice. 🍳 Food & Drinks We’ll have breakfast, lunch, dinner, and campfire snacks covered! Feel free to bring your favorite drinks & snacks. 🔥 Campfires, Games, & Late Nights Expect bonfires, s’mores, outdoor games, and late-night hangouts. We’re keeping the vibes fun & relaxed all weekend! 📶 Limited Cell Service & Wi-Fi Disconnect & enjoy! Service is spotty, but we’ll have a charging station for essentials.

Attire: Comfy camp casual! Think jeans, shorts, sundresses, and your favorite flannel. It might get chilly after sunset so bring an extra layer!

WELCOME! Games of all sorts: yard, board, card, and water will be available to play for anyone who is interested! Join us to have an afternoon and evening of fun! If you're staying at camp - come check out your rooms and get set up!

Camp Dinner Karaoke and Bonfire

6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Vibe: Loose, silly, and social.

Camp Karaoke – your chance to belt out your favorite Karaoke go to! Totally optional, totally fun. 9:00 PM - 10:30 PM: Bonfire & Blessings Circle up around the fire for s’mores, laughter, and a few words of blessing or reflection shared with love. Late Night – 10:30 PM: Quiet Camp Time Head back to your cabins/tents/hotels to rest up for the big day.

Breakfast and Camp Olympics

9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Attire: Casual/active clothes + good shoes. Bring sunscreen

A hearty spread of pancakes, eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, and juice. Wake up slow and mingle. 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM: Morning Activities & Free Time Lawn Games (cornhole, giant Jenga, tug-of-war) Nature Hike (easy, guided, and lovely) 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Pre-Wedding Games Get into the spirit with Camp Olympics-style games! Water balloon tosses and three-legged races for friendly pre-wedding fun. 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM: Lunch & Chill Grab sandwiches, wraps, salads, and chips before heading off to shower and get ready for the ceremony. Announcement: Around 1:30 PM, we’ll remind guests to start getting wedding-ready.

Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Attire: Camp Chic Ladies: Flowy dresses, jumpsuits, or skirts with flat shoes. Gents: Chinos, nice button-downs, sneakers or sandels, no ties. Think Think rustic + refined. Dress for the outdoors and grassy ground and get ready to dance! Something comfy to dance in!

4:00 PM: Ceremony Seating Opens Wander over to the ceremony site and find your seat in our beautiful outdoor camp space. 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Wedding Ceremony A simple, sweet ceremony surrounded by trees, twinkle lights, and love. 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Reception Dinner Camp-style buffet with BBQ, grilled veggies, salad bar, and potatoes. Signature Campfire Cocktails served with a twist! 7:00 PM - 10:30 PM: Reception Fun First Dance Couple’s Campfire Moment Dancing, marshmallow roasting, and good vibes 10:30 PM - ??? PM: Silent Disco Dance Party In the Woods Glow sticks, 2000s hits, and dancing under the stars!

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Brunch DIY Cereal Bar + Coffee Station A cozy, self-serve breakfast for early risers and slow movers. Build-your-own cereal bowls with nostalgic camp classics Fresh fruit, granola, milk & nut milks Hot coffee, tea, and cold brew Picnic blankets, lawn games, and chill playlists Camp Memories Box Before you head out, drop a note, a drawing, or a memory in our “Camp Memories” box. We'll open them together after the wedding and relive the magic. As you say goodbye to camp life, don’t forget to grab a final treat from our snack station—something sweet (or salty) for the road! Safe travels, campers—we’re so grateful you were here.
