Lodging Options

We have a few lodging options listed below. Please note that there are numerous other options available in & near Estes Park, including hotels, motels, short-term rentals, and resorts. There are plenty of other excellent choices if you wish to go that route as well. Our venue is a short 10 minute drive out of town, so distance is a non-issue.

Black Canyon Inn

The Black Canyon Inn is the location of our wedding venue. If you wish to stay on site, this is where you will stay! The Black Canyon Inn has several buildings on site and is a true inn, meaning there will be outdoor walking from building to building. They do not offer room blocks, so all bookings are open to the public on a first come, first serve basis. If this is your preferred lodging location, please book as soon as possible.

Parking at the Venue

There are 40 designated spots at the venue with overflow parking available. Please consider carpooling and be prepared to walk up to a 1/4 mile up hill in the snow if utilizing the overflow lot. There is space to be dropped off at the venue. If you're staying on site, you will have a designated parking spot near your room. Walking distance varies depending on room location.

Location: 8500 Peña Boulevard, Denver, CO, 80249 Airlines Operate: United Airlines, Delta Airlines, American Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Southwest Airlines. Transportation Option: Rental car or shuttle Distance to Estes Park: 75.5 miles Travel time: Around 1.5 hrs, depending on the transportation option & traffic Route to Take: via US-36 E If you’re looking to get to the airport via bus or train, you may find it easier to go the rental car route. However, there are shuttles that leave from Estes Park to the airport if you don’t have access to a car. Additionally, please be prepared for winter driving conditions. The roads tend to be well maintained, but if weather rolls through, please be prepared for snow and ice. It's a good idea to leave extra travel time, conditions dependent.
