Hotel
We have reserved wedding room blocks at White Oak Inn & Suites, this is the only hotel with room blocks for our celebration. We recommend booking early, as availability is limited. Please call the hotel directly and mention the Winslow/Mosley wedding when making your reservation. For guest convenience, a shuttle service provided by Nor-Tran Inc. will transport guests from the hotel to the wedding venue, and from the venue back to the hotel later in the evening. Early hotel check-in begins around 2:00 PM for those wishing to settle in prior to shuttle departure. The shuttle schedule is listed below.

Guest Shuttle Schedule Ceremony Seating Begins: 3:30 PM Hotel Pickup: White Oak Inn & Suites in Deer River Pre-Ceremony Shuttle Service (Approx. 30–35 minute drive time) 3:00 PM – Two buses departing from White Oak Inn & Suites Guests should arrive at the hotel entrance by 2:50 PM. Shuttles will depart promptly at 3:00 PM. Return Shuttle Service (Guests to Hotel) 8:30 PM – First return shuttle to White Oak Inn & Suites 9:45 PM – Second return shuttle 11:45 PM – Final return shuttle Return pickup location: Designated shuttle area at Wilderness Wedding Barn.
