RSVP by May 15, 2026 to reserve your seat and meal. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
Formal or semi-formal attire. We kindly ask that you avoid wearing white, ivory, champagne, and navy or dark blues, as these colors are reserved for the wedding party.
Free on-site parking is available at the venue; however, overnight parking is not permitted. If you plan to celebrate late, we encourage guests to use the shuttle service provided to and from White Oak Inn & Suites or arrange a ride in advance.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the same location. The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.
Our dinner menu will feature prime rib and three-cheese stuffed chicken, paired with garlic mashed potatoes, a roasted root vegetable medley, and mixed greens with strawberry vinaigrette. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.
Yes - bartenders serve during cocktail hour and reception. Last call 10:15 PM; service ends 10:30 PM. Please bring a valid ID. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
Yes! Children are absolutely welcome to celebrate with us.
We are having an unplugged ceremony. Our photographer is extremely talented and will capture everything beautifully. We invite you to be fully present with us in the moment. Kindly, keep phones away until cocktail hour. (Snap all you like after!)
We are not creating a traditional wedding registry. If you wish to give a gift, we will have a card box and cash fund available at the reception. Your generosity will help us create memories on our honeymoon and support our future family plans. We are so grateful for your love and support!
