Will we be required to get tested for COVID-19 prior to attending the wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, although we are having a very small guest list, safety is our number one priority. To create a safe and comfortable environment for our family and friends, all attendees should get tested 1 to 3 days before the wedding. If you feel sick and display any symptoms of COVID-19, please refrain from attending the event . Temperature checks will also be done upon arrival at the wedding location. Thank you for your cooperation in making our special day safe.

What Should I wear to the Wedding?

Answer

The Wedding is a formal event. Women are encouraged to wear shades of purple and men should wear a suit or tuxedo. Traditional African attire is also welcomed.

What hotel should out of town guests stay in?

Answer

The Bride and Groom have a room block at the Hilton Garden Inn- Raleigh-Cary.

Question

Will the wedding be outside?

Answer

Yes, both the the ceremony and reception will be outside on the grass. The reception will be held under a tent. North Carolina weather is unpredictable. While we expect to have beautiful spring weather, please come prepared incase there is inclement weather.
