Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM, so plan accordingly. Parking is limited at St. Luke's Chapel, however there are parking garages surrounding the chapel. There will also be buses picking up guests from the Renaissance Hotel prior to the ceremony and dropping off at the virtual ceremony reception site. See accommodations for location and more details.

Are kids welcome?

We love your kids, but we want it to be your night off! If you need help finding a sister, reach out to 704-960-7179!

Can we bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you! We have limited space! Feel free to reach out to us with any questions if you’re unsure!

Is there a dress code?

Black Tie Optional, military attire is welcomed!

Will COVID precautions be in place?

Answer

Yes! Masks and hand sanitizer will be provided, as well as, food will all be served instead of self-served! For guests who are concerned, we will still be providing a live ceremony option that you can watch from the comfort of your home! We would love for you to be there in person, but completely understand if you do not feel comfortable traveling/attending in person! Let us know on your RSVP!
