When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

It is Semi-Formal. Please take consideration of the weather as it will be hot and humid in the middle of July.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

We would recommend showing up around 3pm to park and find your seats!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Our catering is completely gluten and dairy free. Please let Emma know if there are any other allergies so she can get safe options for everyone!

Can I bring a date? Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although, kids are welcome if they were not included on the RSVP, please find a sitter for the night. Dates are also included in this. If they were not included on the RSVP, please do not bring a date. As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone possible we do have a limit on how many guests can attend. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony? Is there parking at the ceremony/reception?

Answer

From the residence inn there will be a shuttle that will go between the hotel and the venue. Everywhere else you will need to make accommodations for travel. There is lots of parking space at the venue and people will be directing you where to park!
