DC has taken an aggressive stance on protecting it's citizens from the virus that's really been screwing up life for the last year-plus, and for that we are thankful. Currently, DC is requiring masks indoors (shops, salons, etc.) and many independently owned bars and restaurants have chosen to require proof of vaccination upon entry, so we suggest checking individual businesses rules as you go about exploring the city. When it comes to our event, we will not be requiring masks but much of the party will be indoors, so please feel free to follow your comfort level. We will update our website to keep you informed of any citywide changes.
Spring has sprung in DC! This means that the weather is truly unpredictable. We are planning to have our ceremony on the lawn of the venue, so consider that when planning your wedding wear!
Excellent question! We're planning to look FRESH, so find your freshest duds. Feel free to take a cue from the party scenes in the seminal classics 'Beyond the Valley of the Dolls' or, perhaps, 'Dracula A.D. 1972.' If this causes additional confusion, we'll just say "cocktail attire."
While there isn't a shuttle to the event, there is ample parking at St. Francis Hall! However, we always recommend Uber, Lyft, or cabbing it :)
Follow your heart!
