Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We must submit a final guest count to our venue and wedding coordinator 30 days prior to our event date. Please RSVP by February 15th, 2025.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Black Tie Optional/Formal Guest Attire: Tuxedos and Formal Gowns are highly encouraged, longer cocktail dresses and suits are also acceptable. Ladies, don't be afraid to pull out those fancier dresses and guys, it's time to suit up! We all need more excuses to polish up real nice. Ladies, need some more inspiration of the color vibes? Think formal glam (rose gold sequins, deep golden champagne or taupe) and/or sultry jewel tones (burgundy, emerald green, deep blues or purples). Have fun with texture, frills and details! The bridal party will be in floor length black gowns and tuxedos. Note: The venue is a historic, renovated chair factory. While both ceremony & reception will be hosted indoors, the venue floors are original , true hardwood. It is not recommended to be barefoot at any point, so be mindful of your shoe choice or bring a back up pair of dancing shoes with you!

Are kids welcome?

Due to the industrial & historic nature of our venue, we have decided to host an adult only reception. We hope you'll enjoy a fun adults- only evening of celebrations and good spirit with us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be held at The Chair Factory in Gainesville. There is a large, flat parking lot as well as free street parking surrounding TCF. We also encourage Ubers/Lyfts/ carpooling as TCF is accessible to ride share services.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome and encouraged to utilize ride-share services (Uber or Lyft, etc) to and from the TCF for the Wilson Wedding. There will be an open bar so plan accordingly!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may arrive 30 minutes prior to our ceremony start time. We can't wait to see you there!

Answer

We are registered through Zola & Amazon. All of our registries are linked under the registry tab of our wedding website. Thank you so much for celebrating us in this special season of life. Your presence with us at our wedding and throughout our lives will be the greatest gift!
