Is this the wedding?

This is our elopement, we wanted to make our marriage official. As many of you know, we originally wanted to have our wedding on 10/10/2020 but due to the pandemic, we have postponed our wedding indefinitely. Therefore, this is just an intimate ceremony for us to elope with our parents present.

Will there be a wedding?

Answer

Yes, the plan is to eventually reschedule our wedding once the pandemic is over. Due to the impact that Covid-19 has had on us, we want to make sure that all family and friends are comfortable attending our wedding. We are willing to wait until it is safe to gather.

How come I wasn't invited to be physically present?

Answer

We wish we could have all of our loved ones present, but due to the pandemic, we felt it would be worse to pick and choose who could attend. We decided it would be best to only have our immediate family (parents/grandparents). Which is why we have set up the zoom call for you to be a virtual witness.

Where is the registry?

Answer

We don't have a registry set up. We still plan on having a wedding in the future, and this is more of an intimate ceremony comparable to going to City Hall. Thank you for wanting to gift us a present, your kindness is sincerely appreciated.
