Al Buehler Trail
This is a lovely 3-mile walking trail on Duke's beautiful campus hugging the Duke Golf Club. Matt and I enjoyed many COVID quarantine walks here, and we still love to come back as things are opening back up. We recommend heading over to Hire Wire Brewing after the walk for a crisp IPA!!
Wye Hill Kitchen & Brewing
Enjoy beautiful views of downtown Raleigh with great food and drinks! We recommended walking over the Boylan Bridge to check out where Matt and I go engaged!
Hi-Wire Brewing - Durham
Our favorite brewery in Durham which will be close to anyone staying at the Hilton Garden Inn! This is an Asheville NC based brewery with lots of space located in an old textile mill. This would be a great way to kick off the wedding festivities! Bonus: There is a great ice cream shop right next door to the brewery.
The Streets at Southpoint
This is right across the street from the Hilton Garden Inn. Great mall with lots of shops and restaurants. We highly recommend checking out Nordstrom Rack to try and snag a couple of deals!

Great spot in downtown Raleigh that will make EVERYONE happy!! If you are around downtown Raleigh we highly recommend checking this spot out for a wide variety of food and drinks!
