FAQs

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 30, 2025.

Question

Are kids and babies welcome?

Answer

Absolutely! Let me hold your baby.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot at the hall, as well as extra parking at the store across the street. We have arranged transportation home from the venue at the end of the night to make sure everyone can let loose if they want to and get home safe. Since people are staying all over the valley, the transportation service will be able to take you directly home. The service will start at 10PM and go until 1230AM. Please note that cabs are not very reliable in the area! We have access to the venue until noon the next day, so feel free to leave your vehicle there overnight, it's perfectly safe, and Dylan or Willow can help you figure out a ride to pick up your car the next day (or text/email us before hand and we can help you figure out carpooling on the way there!)

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Not really! We are planning a casual and fun evening. Garden party attire is great. Be comfortable but dress like you might have your picture taken. The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception will be indoors/outdoors, and although we're getting married in the late afternoon/evening, it will likely be hot out.

Question

Where can we stay?

Answer

We have blocked out rooms at a few nearby hotels. Check the travel page for more info!

Question

When should we arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 430 sharp. Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to make sure everyone is seated before the ceremony begins.

Question

I have dietary restrictions, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Dinner will have gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options. If you have any other allergies please let us know when you RSVP, or email us.
