Bash Bish State Park

35 minutes from Hudson is this wonderful gem of a State Park, with a light hike to Bash Bish Falls, a moderate hike to Brace Mountain, or a bike ride along the Harlem Valley Rail Trail.

Berkshire County

MA

If you're up for a detour, Berkshire County is a little under an hour away and has some sweet small towns (Great Barrington, Stockbridge, Lenox), wonderful sites to visit (The Mount, Norman Rockwell Museum, MASS MoCA), and more interesting and challenging hikes (Mount Greylock, October Mountain, Monument Mountain, Appalachian Trail).
