How do I book my travel?

Answer

If you head to the travel tab on our website it will show you two links. One is to the resort we are getting married at Dreams Las Mareas, if you would like to book through them you can. The cheaper option is to go to the other link that is our Travel Agent, Jennifer Brown. The travel agent gives you a cheaper rate, coupons to use for things not included in the all-inclusive hotel, you can make payments on your hotel stay through her, and you can book your flight through her if you would like.

Minimum three nights with travel agent

Answer

Just so there is no confusion because we were a little confused... When you go to our travel agents website and look at room prices this is the price for her rule of a minimum three night stay, it is not the price that it would be for one night.

To see the total price through my travel agent

Answer

Once you select the room you would like and get to the how many nights/people. Before you click add to cart scroll up and you can see the entire price of the trip she has the total price crossed out because all that is due at the moment is $200 to save your room. But the price crossed out will be the total price of the room.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

Answer

This was the part of the our destination wedding we were most stressed out about. Luckily, we found our travel agent and she handles all of this for us! Once you book your room (we suggest booking through her for that killer deal), and you booked your flight you will email her your itinerary. She will then match up everyones flights and schedule the transportation. This cost could vary depending how many people are flying in at the same time. The more people that fly in around the same time the cheaper the transportation will be.

Rehearsal Dinner

Answer

The rehearsal dinner will be for ALL GUESTS that are there the day before the wedding, as a welcome to Costa Rica party! So if you are going to be at the resort already this day please RSVP so you can be included in the head count for this dinner!

If you want to find out more about the resort and have facebook there is an awesome facebook group that people are always posting information about the resort. Reach out to me on facebook and I will send you the invite to the group. I was skeptical about this group but it has been amazing and has answered so many questions that I had. -Sarah
