There will be a complimentary shuttle service with limited seating from the hotels to the wedding venue at the times listed below: -Crowne Plaza in Annapolis: boarding time: 4:15 PM, departure at 4:25 PM -Courtyard by Marriott in Annapolis: boarding time: 4:30 PM, departure to the venue at 4:40 PM The shuttle will pick up guests from the venue at 10:00 PM to return to the hotels. The above times listed are best approximations - if you wish to ride the shuttle please arrive on time! Uber and Lyft are also both available in the area.

We reserved a block of rooms at the Crowne Plaza for the nights of 4/25/25 and 4/26/25. You can book via the link below, or you can call and mention the group code "GFW" or "Willis-Gelfand Wedding".
