When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 12th so we can plan all the details accordingly. We'll be finalizing everything after this date and won't be able to accommodate late responses. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive by 5:15 PM to allow sufficient time for parking and seating prior to the ceremony start time.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. Any Active Duty and Retired Navy are encouraged to wear their Service Dress Blues with ribbons. The ceremony will take place outdoors under a covered pavilion, so please dress accordingly based on the weather. The reception will be indoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be listed on the invite.

Will there be a shuttle to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle with limited capacity from the two hotels with room blocks to the venue. Please see the Travel section for additional details.
