The ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive by 5:15 PM to allow sufficient time for parking and seating prior to the ceremony start time.
The dress code is semi-formal. Any Active Duty and Retired Navy are encouraged to wear their Service Dress Blues with ribbons. The ceremony will take place outdoors under a covered pavilion, so please dress accordingly based on the weather. The reception will be indoors.
