Semi-formal attire is recommended (jacket and tie for men, cocktail dress for women). However, we will be outside, so dress comfortably for the weather! Ladies may want to consider grass-friendly footwear.
For families traveling from out of state with their children, babysitting services will be provided. Children are welcome to watch the ceremony and will be provided with meals of chicken fingers and mac and cheese in a separate location once formal dinner begins. We have lots of fun and games planned for the little ones!
Yes, transportation will be provided from the Marriott to the ceremony/reception site and then back at the end of the night. Buses will begin loading at 3:30 pm. The first bus will depart at 3:45 pm and the second bus will depart at 4:00 pm.
There is parking at Candlelight Farms Inn and signs will be posted. We encourage everyone to take advantage of the free shuttle from the hotel. If needed, it will be possible to drive to the Inn and park and then take the shuttle back to the hotel and pick up the car the next day.
We encourage everyone to arrive at the Inn by 4:30 pm. There will be some refreshing drinks served prior to the ceremony.
