Do we have to book the hotel through SpringHill Suites only?
Answer
No! There are a lot of hotels within 5 minutes of the National Aviary and you can book through whichever hotel you would like. But you only get a discounted wedding room block rate through SpringHill Suites which is $199 for 1 King bed suite or $229 for 2 Queen beds suite.

Where is the ceremony and the reception located?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be located at the National Aviary. The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place in the garden (weather permitting) and select exhibits will be open for guests to walk through during cocktail hour, followed by the reception in the Garden room.

What should I do if I can’t make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP on the wedding website “no” so we can plan accordingly.

How do I RSVP and what is the deadline to RSVP?
Answer
Please RSVP online on our wedding website provided to you on your save the date and invitation. Please RSVP “yes” or RSVP “no” so we can plan accordingly and get an accurate head count. Please RSVP by 5/10/2023.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony starts promptly at 6pm. Please arrive 30-45 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to ensure the wedding can start on time.
