First and foremost, we ask that guests prioritize their safety and health, and that of your family, and rest assured that the bride and groom completely understand if that means you cannot attend in person. Steps we are taking: 1. We ask that anyone who is not feeling well please stay home, with our love and well wishes. 2. The wedding party will all be tested prior to arrival - we encourage any/all guests who are able to get tested to do the same. 3. Masks will be provided to all guests should they need one - and we ask that guests keep masks on when not seated at the dinner table. Sanitizing stations will also be provided. 4. The venue staff has limited all self-serve capacities to staff-only, in accordance with Virginia guidelines. All venue staff will also be wearing PPE at all times. 5. The ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception hall will be filled to 50% capacity or less.
January 8th at the latest - so that we can make sure you'll have a meal ready for you! If you want to RSVP sooner, that's great too.
Yes! Barring inclement weather, our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors in a covered pavilion. There will be space heaters, as well as a fireplace in the courtyard, and blankets and hot beverages available for additional warmth. Our advice is to wear a coat and scarf for the ceremony (we promise to keep it brief!) and then take it off when it's time to relax for dinner. Should unfavorable weather occur, we have plenty of indoor space that guests can retreat into.
There is limited parking at the venue. We encourage guests to utilize the provided shuttle service if they are comfortable doing so.
Yes! Guests will be provided shuttle service from the Wingate by Wyndham hotel to the venue. The drive is approximately 15 - 20 minutes. If you'd rather transport yourself, there is limited parking available at the venue.

Yes! When you RSVP, there will be an opportunity to let us know if you have any allergies or other dietary constraints that we should pass on to the caterers.
Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate children of immediate family who are in the wedding party, and parents with children under 12 months. If your invitation specifies 'and Guest' you can bring a date. Thank you for your understanding.
