Q & A

The Wedding Website of Laura Williams and Dylan Kankiewicz
We know weddings come with lots of little details — so we’ve put together answers to the questions you might have about our big day. From what to wear to where to park (and everything in between), we’ve got you covered. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help!
Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

Although we love your children, we would like to keep this an adult-only event. Please think of this as a fun date night!

Question

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Question

When are RSVPS due?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVPS are turned in by Saturday, May 9th. We have to turn in the final number to the venue and cater shortly after. If you are unable to RSVP for any reasons, please let the bride or groom know.

Question

Is there parking available near our wedding venue?

Answer

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking. If you need to, you can leave your car on-site overnight.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be at the same location. Although they are on different floors, there are ramps and elevators.

Question

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors on the patio, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the patio on paved pathways.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Question

Do you have any dietary restrictions?

Answer

When you RSVP, there will be an option if you have any dietary restrictions. Please ensure this is filled out so we can accommodate to the best of our abilities.

Question

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open 30 minutes ahead of our ceremony time at 4:00p.m. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to find a seat.
