Semi-formal for the ceremony and reception. For shoes keep in mind we will be on the grass. We're in Maine, so bring layers! You may want to change into something cozy for the campfire, bub! Bring bathing suits, your favorite flannel, and casual clothing suitable for camp for Monday morning.
Camp Mataponi offers parking on-site for all guests during the festivities. Staff will direct you when you arrive. It will be a short (<5 min walk) to the festivities. Pretty mint. If you are staying with us overnight, you are welcome to leave your car overnight as well.
For Sunday night - all are welcome to stay at Camp Mataponi's on-site cabins. Lodging is $50 per person. We have also listed various nearby hotel options on the travel page for those who prefer this option. Please let us know by July 13th (via lauren.christianbraydenwedding@gmail.com) if you are interested in staying at camp. Additional details are listed on the travel page.
If you are staying at camp, the cabins will be equipped with sheets, a pillow and pillow case, a blanket, beach towel, bath towel, and a wash cloth. If you prefer to bring your own of any of these items, you are welcome to do so. If you are not staying at camp and wish to swim in the lake on Monday, please bring your own beach towel. Please also consider: comfortable clothes, shoes, and bug spray for a post-reception campfire. Don't forget a layer or two in case it gets chilly! A beach chair, and any other personal items that you may need (a bathing suit, sunscreen, beach hat, water shoes, etc.) are welcomed.
No, only Moxie. And that's high octane enough. We will be providing alcohol for guests so we ask that you refrain from bringing any alcohol of your own.
Kids are welcome for all of the wedding festivities. However, please be mindful of safety if you choose to bring them along - especially with the nearby lake.
While we love your pets, we ask you to paws on bringing them along.
