FAQs

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Complimentary valet parking will be provided for all guests, so there is no need to park your own vehicle. Simply pull up to curb in the far side parking lot, and the valet attendants will take care of the rest.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly request that our celebration be adults only. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This will be a black-tie event. Formal evening attire is preferred—tuxedos for gentle man and full length gowns for ladies. Suits are welcome. Jeans, t-shirts and other casual wear will not be permitted. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white as it is traditionally reserved for the bride. Please also avoid red. Guests who do not adhere to the dress code will be denied entry!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 2:30 PM to allow time for valet service and seating. Late arrivals may be asked to wait until after the ceremony to join the cocktail hour.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. We recommend dressing accordingly and advise bringing a light layer in case the weather is cooler during the ceremony. Expected outdoor temperatures in September at this location is in the lower 70s.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

No. We kindly request that all guests silence their phones and refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We wish to create an intimate and undistributed atmosphere and ask that you allow our professional photographer and videographer to capture these special moments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
