Where to Stay
We highly suggest renting an Airbnb or VRBO. They tend to be significantly cheaper and more fun than hotels. September is a busy wedding season in Chicago, so please book in advance!! These neighborhoods are very walkable and public transit friendly, but Uber and Lyft are also very accessible and affordable. Best neighborhoods: Wicker Park: TOP REC! Fun, lively area, great shopping, good food, not far from the venue and where the rehearsal dinner will be. In between our place and the venue Logan Square/ Avondale: Where we live, awesome vintage shops and really good food West town/ West Loop/ Fulton Market: Higher end, fancier food and drinks, closer to down town **And of course, you can always stay in the heart of down town, and really get the max city vibes! If you are staying in Wicker or Logan/Avondale We suggest somewhere close to Milwaukee Ave. It is a major strip that goes from our place to Wicker, to West Town, and has a lot of things to do if you just walk up or hop on a bus down this one Ave!!!
