FAQs

If you have any other questions than the ones listed, please email willandrorywedding@gmail.com.
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by SEPTEMBER 1st by selecting the RSVP tab on the website or by texting Rory at 724-953-8025

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be cocktail attire, so we'd love to see you in your best dressed-up look! Keep in mind the ceremony will be outdoors on the grass. Please avoid wearing white, champagne, or navy to allow the wedding party to stand out. Thank you!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We’re making the wedding kid-free so you can relax, have fun, and enjoy the night without having to worry about the little one. We really hope you can still come celebrate with us!

Question

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

The closest airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, about a 30–40 minute drive to Townsend. For more flight options, Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) in North Carolina and Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport (CHA) in Tennessee are also within a 2–3 hour drive. We recommend Knoxville (TYS) for the easiest travel.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We've worked hard to create an intimate celebration, so only the guests listed on your invitation are invited. If your invitation says "+1" or includes a guest's name, then yes, we'd love for them to join!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Answer

Parking is plentiful, but if you’ll be enjoying drinks, please have a designated driver or schedule your own transportation. The venue is strict about this, and we want everyone to get home safely.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please check out the Travel tab on our website for more details. P.S. The Alabama vs. Tennessee game is the same weekend, so book early before prices skyrocket! GO VOLS!

Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We apologize, but transportation will not be provided. Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the venue.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol to the wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests do not bring their own alcohol. The venue strictly prohibits outside drinks unless you are part of the bridal or groom’s party and are getting ready with them before the wedding. There will be plenty of drinks available for everyone to enjoy!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

On this website, you’ll find a Registry tab. Simply click it, and it will take you directly to our registry.
