The attire for the Welcome Party is cocktail -but hey, we are in Leadville, so have fun with it!
The Welcome Party will kick-off at 7pm. There will be passed hors d’oeuvres, music, and a cash bar. We look forward to seeing you there!
4:30 pm - 5:00 pm
The attire for the ceremony is formal. Please consider that the meadow and dance floor are uneven surfaces when choosing footware.
The ceremony is offsite in a local meadow ~5-10 minutes from FREIGHT. Transportation to and from the ceremony will not be provided; however, parking will be available at both locations.
5:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The reception is formal attire.
Following the Ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour at FREIGHT from 5 to 6 p.m. with passed hors d’oeuvres, music, and an open bar. Buffet style dinner and dancing to follow!
