Boise River Gathering & Play

Join us at the Boise Whitewater Park along the Greenbelt bike path. Try your hand at the surf wave or enjoy the view from the shore. From the Ester Simplot Parking Area, walk the paved path along the river. Walk upstream (left) to reach the largest wave, or downstream (right) to reach three smaller waves, which are great for children and beginners. There are plenty of rock seats along the river’s edge for spectators to relax and enjoy the view.

For our family and out-of-town guests — come say hello and enjoy food and merriment with us on our wedding eve. This event is Open House style. We are serving Tacos from Rosa (next door). Beer and wine are on us for the first part of the evening, followed by a cash bar.

Guests are kindly invited to arrive no earlier than 4:30 PM and be seated for a 5:00 PM ceremony. A social hour will follow at 5:30 PM. Dinner will be served at 6:30 PM. Toasts and speeches will begin at 7:30 PM. The bride and groom will share their first dance at 8:00 PM. Dessert will be served at 8:15 PM. The dance floor will be open from 8:15 PM to 10:15 PM.
