COVID FAQs

We are so excited to have you join us to celebrate our wedding. In light of COVID-19, we want to ensure that every guest is comfortable attending and feels safe. If you have already received the vaccine that's great! If not, we request that you please do your part to make everyone feel safe. We ask that anyone who is not vaccinated get a COVID-19 test within three days of the wedding. There are great options for free testing through CVS. Check yes when asked if you have potentially been exposed in the last 14 days to be eligible for free testing. Please send a photo of your vaccine card or negative test result to KingChungWedding@gmail.com by June 3rd. For scheduling, please visit: https://www.cvs.com/minuteclinic/covid-19-testing For step by step instructions with screen shots please copy and paste this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Cm0bMya05YHKRqv0nig9dF0arXxlNdRSpMaMpeXoshM/edit?usp=sharing
Question

Do guests need to wear masks?

Answer

Not unless you want to! One of the reasons we are asking for testing (if not vaccinated prior to the wedding) is so guests can be safer mingling, dancing, and enjoying the night without a mask. Please feel free to wear a mask if that makes you more comfortable.

Question

Is the wedding still on?

Answer

Yes! We will be getting married June 4th 2021.

Question

How many guests will there be?

Answer

As of April 2021, the current restrictions in PA would allow our entire guest list of 105 to attend our venue.

Question

Have you been vaccinated?

Answer

Julia, Will, and both of their parents are vaccinated. We are pleased to say that we know at least 82 of our 91 guests attending have been vaccinated!

Question

Will there still be a dance floor?

Answer

Yes! We can't wait to party with you!

Question

Will the seating be socially distanced?

Answer

Guests attend with the understanding that they may not be 6 feet apart from other guests at all times. If this is of concern to you, please feel free to call the bride or groom.

Question

Will the staff be wearing masks?

Answer

Yes!

Question

Is the wedding indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoor in the venue garden (weather permitting) and the reception is in the indoor reception room that is considered an indoor/outdoor space with large open doors along the entire side of the room. This connects to the cocktail area and ceremony garden. The bar will remain outside in addition to spare seating creating an indoor outdoor experience all night for guests!

For all the days along the way
