OTHER HOTELS

Charleston has so many gorgeous hotels if you're looking for something that feels more local OR high end! Here's some of our favorites: Francis Marion Hotel, Mills House Hotel, The Dewberry, Charleston Place, Planters Inn, Wentworth Mansion, Hotel Bennett, The Ryder Hotel.

Travel Note

Airbnb

Airbnbs are a great way to stay in Charleston and can often be a more economical option when splitting with other friends or couples! Legal rentals are mostly limited to the Cannonborough/Radcliffborough neighborhoods in Charleston, which has a more residential feel while also being in walking distance to King Street and other popular areas. Both the Potters and Burtons will be renting Airbnbs for the weekend, so stop in and say hi!

Flight

Flying to Charleston

If you don't want to make the 10-13 hour drive from PA, NY or NJ, we recommend flying into Charleston's International Airport! It's just a 20 minute drive to downtown or Mount Pleasant and is a small, easy airport to navigate. You'll find direct flights from Newark, Philadelphia, Albany and Syracuse, and connecting flights from Harrisburg. For guests arriving internationally, you will be connecting from a major hub.
