How do I RSVP?

Answer

Formal invitations will be sent out by early 2026, and you will be able to RSVP via our website then. If you know that you will not be able to make the trip ahead of time, please don't hesitate to let us know early - we will completely understand and appreciate a heads up!

Where and when should I book my hotel room?

Answer

You can find room block information and other accomodation suggestions under the "travel" tab here on our site! We ask that you book your rooms by April 28th. Please note that almost all of our guests are traveling from out of town, so we recommend booking early for the best rates and availability!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity at our venue, we can only accommodate the name(s) listed on your invitation.

Are children allowed?

Answer

We are blessed to have so many wonderful children in our lives! That being said, there is only so much space at our venue and we've had to limit our guest list to a select few. Invited children will be listed on your invitation. If you'd still like to make your trip to Charleston a family vacation, we would love to help you find childcare! Please text us so we can reach out to our local contacts.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is summer formal. We encourage you to embrace southern style!

Will we be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on the lawn—ladies, consider this when choosing your shoes! Cocktail hour will be held on the veranda. The reception will take place indoors and on the veranda.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

We recommend catching the shuttle from the two Mount Pleasant room blocks, or taking an Uber if you stay elsewhere. Please note that our Downtown Charleston room block will not have shuttle services. Stay tuned for our shuttle schedule when it's created!

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

If you choose to drive, please note that there is no street parking at Creek Club, and parking in the lot next to the venue is not permitted. A designated event parking lot is located on Saturday Road, just before you reach the Creek Club. It’s a short walk, but a golf cart shuttle will be available for convenience.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will commence at 5pm, so please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. Guests may arrive as early as 4:30pm.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Charleston in May is beautiful and hot (to kick off the summer season)! Think 85 degree days and balmy nights.

What's the best airport to fly into?

Answer

Charleston International Airport (CHS) is a quick and easy 20 minutes from our room block hotels (downtown and in Mount Pleasant). Ubers or rental cars are easily accessible from this small airport. For guests arriving from New Zealand and Australia, you will likely be catching a connecting flight to Charleston. Otherwise, the closest major international airport is Charlotte (CLT), a 3.5 hour drive.

What else is happening that weekend?

Answer

We'll be hosting a private rehearsal dinner for our bridal party on Thursday evening. On Saturday, we're excited to invite all of our guests to our "Holy City Happy Hour" as a farewell and thank you for traveling! More information can be found on the "Schedule" page.
