We have secured hotel block rates at three hotels in the area that are close to the shuttle pick-up and drop-off for the event. If you'd like to stay somewhere other than these hotels, Charlottesville is home to many charming lodging options as well as plenty of Airbnbs! We recommend renting lodging in or around Charlottesville's downtown mall if you are planning to take the shuttle to the event.

Two buses will depart from the Omni Hotel (Water Street) at 4:00pm to arrive at Mt. Ida in time for the ceremony. One bus will depart from Mt. Ida to return to the Omni at 9:20p for those who would prefer an earlier night. Two buses will depart from Mt. Ida to return to the Omni at 11:10p for those who would like to stay for the entire reception. Important Note: Uber and Lyft will be difficult if not impossible to secure from Mt. Ida back to Charlottesville. Plan accordingly.
