How to Book Your Cruise Cabin

Give her the group code of A2880774 to be added to the block. NOTE: Prices will vary depending on cabin choice: Oceanview Cabins and up (we recommend Balcony Cabins) are subject to group discounts, 10% on rooms that are booked between 271 - 449 days prior to sailing; 5% on rooms that are booked 121 to 270 days prior to sailing. Interior Cabins are 5% off regardless of booking time 121 days prior to sailing. Any rooms book after 120 days prior to sailing do not receive a discount. NOTE: $250.00 deposit will be due when you book your cabin. We recommend booking early to give you time to pay off the cruise. FINAL PAYMENT DATE IS 120 DAYS PRIOR TO SAILING which is December 5th, 2025!

Rooms are now available! $169.00 for One-Queen Studio Suite, $199.00 for One-King One-Bedroom Suite, and $269.00 for One-King Two-Queen Two-Bedroom Suite! Please note the following: The One-Queen Studio Suite will sleep four guests. Two in the Queen Bed and two on the Full size pullout sofa. The One-King One Bedroom Suite will sleep four guests. Two in the King Bed and two on the Queen Size pullout sofa. The One-King Two-Queen Two Bedroom Suite will sleep eight guests. Two in the King Bed in bedroom one, Two in each of the Queen Size beds in bedroom two, and two on the Queen Size pullout sofa. The Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk has also extended our group rate two days before so if you would like to come down to Orlando for any reason before April 2nd up to two days prior the rate should be available. Orlando International Airport

With everyone living in different parts of the world we are not suggesting a specific airline, however, Orlando International Airport is the closest airport to the Cruise Port as well as the host hotel.

Shuttle

Hotel to Cruise Port

We have reserved a shuttle bus to transport those guests that are going to join us on our cruise wedding from the host hotel Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Sunset Walk to the cruise port (Port Canaveral).

Brightline

If flying into another airport besides Orlando, you can use the Brightline high-speed train that connects several cities in Florida. The Brightline services these cities, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Check out these cities to see if flying into these airports works best for you and just take the Brightline high-speed train into Orlando.
