The bride and groom plan on stopping by one of our favorite breweries in town on Sunday afternoon for a few beers. If you are in town feel free to join us! We plan on being there from 2-5, we'll try to get some space on the patio upstairs if available! Not a formal gathering just a chance to say hi!

Those that will be helping out with the wedding and setup will have a dinner provided on Monday after the run through/setup. You will receive a text notification with instructions and duties! We will plan on setting up at Windy point ~2pm with the ceremony walkthrough at 4:30pm, dinner to follow. Anyone else who is in town is welcome to join us after dinner ~630 for drinks and a campfire!

The ceremony will be at the forest loop, a short hike in the woods. Please follow the posted signs. There is parking at this loop if you are driving. Note - this will be hard/rocky dirt walking and gravel. I would skip the stilettos and wear block heels or flats! See shuttle details for more info on arrival. 1/2 of the shuttle guest will arrive ~45 min prior to the ceremony - feel free to enjoy the scenery, have some drinks and explore between the pavilion and the ceremony site!

Appetizers/Food provided (Buffet-style BBQ provided by Smokin' JJ's). Open Self-Serve Bar - providing selection of Beer, Seltzers, Wine, Soda, Water and 2 signature drinks. Remember - we are going to be above 9000 ft elevation - so drink plenty of water and 1 drink in WI = 2 drinks in the mountains. This is a campground so there are no rules on bringing in food or alcohol - if there's anything specific you'd like to bring for your kids or drinks you prefer to drink - feel free to bring it in! We will have a campfire and SMOREgesboard after dinner. We'll have yard games available and of course music to hit the dance floor under the sunset and stars. See shuttle information for more details

Your wedding attire or bring a change of clothes to get comfy around the campfire!
The music will start tampering down from 10:30-11pm and shuttle will be leaving then also. However if you'd like to stay we plan hanging around our fire for those of us who want to keep the party going! Feel free to stay and hang until your heart desires! Ubers are available if you came on a shuttle and want to Uber home
