FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal wear, authentically you. Wear the thing that makes you feel like *you* turned up to a party. A sharp suit, a flowy dress, a killer jumpsuit, something in between, something entirely its own category. If it's formal and it's you, it's right.

Question

When do you need my address by?

Answer

If you did not receive a paper save the date, we will need your address by August so we can send you a paper invitation.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the size of the venue, no additional guests can be accommodated. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception will be an adults-only affair.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please look at the *Visiting From Out of Town* tab on this website to look at our hotel recommendations.

Question

What time is the wedding?

Answer

We're still nailing down our timeline, but expect to arrive to the venue in the late afternoon/early evening. A new tab on this website with our timeline will show up as we get closer to the event!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at our venue for guests to park their car. See the *Getting to the Venue* tab for more info.

Question

What's the song Chloe's family sings before dinner? I want to learn it!

Answer

The song is Jubilate Deo and Chloe's family sings it in a round. This video is the closest to how our family does it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VpluZ2jPH0k&t=40s. The song was written in the 16th century and the words are latin for "Joyful God." It is a very common choir warm up song. We will sing it in a round in three parts and we'd love for you to join us in song!
