Yes! We’ve highlighted two recommended hotels on our Travel Page for your convenience. In addition, both Portland and Troutdale offer a wide range of excellent lodging options to suit different budgets and preferences, so you’ll have plenty to choose from.

Yes, we’ve reserved a limited number of rooms for guests. We have 10 rooms blocked at McMenamins Edgefield, as well as 15 rooms at a nearby Best Western Plus Cascade Inn & Suites. More details can be found on our Travel Page, but we recommend booking as soon as possible, as availability is limited.

We kindly ask guests to dress in semi-formal to formal attire. Think cocktail dresses, suits, or elegant separates. To keep the event feeling polished and celebratory, we ask that you avoid jeans, sneakers, and casual wear. We can’t wait to see everyone looking their best!

Answer

Depending on the weather, the ceremony will take place outdoors, while the reception will be held indoors. We recommend dressing accordingly and bringing any items you may need to stay comfortable throughout both settings.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving between 3:30 and 4:30 PM to allow ample time for parking and seating before the festivities begin.

Children are warmly welcome to join the celebration. Please note that a curfew for minors may apply; additional details will be shared closer to the event date.

Yes, you’re welcome to bring a plus-one. Please be sure to include your guest when you RSVP by August 16, 2026, so we can plan accordingly for our final headcount.

Absolutely, your safety and comfort are important to us. If you have a food allergy or dietary preference (such as vegetarian or vegan), you’ll have the opportunity to note this when you RSVP. We’re happy to coordinate with the venue to ensure accommodations are made whenever possible.

Yes, parking will be available for both the ceremony and reception. As the lot can fill up quickly, we recommend arriving a little early to ensure a smooth and stress-free arrival.

McMenamins Edgefield often hosts concerts and events on its grounds. If anything is scheduled during our wedding weekend, we’ll be sure to share those details with you as soon as possible so you can plan accordingly.
