Care and Cass have been best friends for over 15 years, played hockey together growing up and against one another in college. They bonded over moose tracks ice cream at the age of 12 and the rest is history! Care has provided a tremendous amount of wedding planning advice and support in the process. There is no one else Cassie could imagine planning a wedding with! Cassie was honored to be one Carolyn’s bridesmaids in 2017.

Nicole and Cassie have been like sisters for close to 30 years being that Nicole is only 8 months younger. Their friendship goes beyond just being cousins and Cassie is forever grateful for her endless love, support and the relationship they have and will continue to share for years to come.

Jenna and Cassie met several years ago when their yoga mats ended up next to each other. They didn’t focus much on yoga, rather spent the entire hour laughing and trying to get to know each other. They knew from the very beginning they would be amazing lifelong friends!

Maggie is Cassie’s youngest girl cousin on the Garvey (Cassie’s mother’s) side of the family. Although they’re close to 10 years difference in age, they truly consider themselves sisters with so many of the same interests.

Ellie and Cassie are going to be sisters! The youngest and probably the smartest of the 4 Pinel children. They have had the pleasure of growing up with only brothers and have been able to form a sisterhood and friendship over the last 8 years.

Maddie is married to Bill's brother Matthew (1 of 2 Best Men) and not only do they share an interest in taste of Pinel men but both being hockey players certainly got them started onto a path of forever friends and now sister-in-laws.

Marla and Cassie were thankfully introduced by Bill and Brett (one of the groomsman and Marla’s significant other) and from the very beginning they were inseparable. The boys are sure to regret this introduction one day because they became instant friends when they realized how much they had in common.

Bill and Cassie have been blessed to be friends with the Heller family for several years through Bill’s Youth Hockey Club in Orlando. We can't wait to have Emme with us on our BIG DAY! She will charm each and every guest the whole way down the aisle!
Matthew Pinel

Matt is Bill’s younger brother and second of the four children. Bill was Matt and Maddie’s Best Man at their wedding in July of 2018.

Thomas is Bill’s youngest brother and third of the four children. He might be Bill and Cassie’s favorite for the sole reason that he persevered through Chicago’s vicious December weather to capture Bill down on one knee!
Kristopher Karnik

Kris is Bill’s younger cousin on his dad’s side. Kris and Bill grew up together and were pretty much inseparable. Kris served in the US Navy and is now a smoke jumper for the US Forest Service.

Will is Cassie’s only sibling and older brother. Bill and Will have been friends for many years. They met while coaching hockey together in Chicago during the several summers in between college.
John Snowden

John and Bill were teammates Bill’s rookie season of professional hockey in Bloomington,IL. Bill lived with John and his wife Janelle. The Snowden family moved to Orlando shortly after Bill did and John and Bill have coached together. John’s son Aiden is also the ring bearer for Cassie and Bill.
Brett Hartung

Bill and Brett met in Orlando through hockey 5 years ago. Little did they know at the time, they have been playing against each other their entire hockey careers. They both coach in the same youth organization and Brett is Bill’s assistant hockey director.
Michael Correia
Groomsman
Bill and Mike met through hockey in Orlando. Mike coaches in the same organization and they have become great friends. Mike and Bill spend most of their time off the ice together and they have formed a brotherly bond. Bill and Mike also worked together in Orlando.
Aiden Snowden

Aiden is the oldest son of groomsman John Snowden. Bill has also coached Aiden over the past 4 years.
