When should I book my hotel room by?

Answer

Upon receiving the formal invitation, please book your hotel room in the room block by May 8, 2019.

Can I bring a plus one/ date?

Answer

While we wish we could have everyone we know attend, our space is very limited at both the ceremony and reception. Your save the date and invitation will indicate if your children or a guest are included in your invitation based on who it is addressed to.

When will the bride and groom arrive to Lake Geneva?

We plan to arrive on Wednesday, June 5!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional Attire: Tuxedo or formal suit for men, Long evening gown, dressy two piece suit or modest cocktail dress for women.

When should you plan on arriving to Lake Geneva?

Answer

While the ceremony and reception is on June 8th, we welcome family and friends to arrive as early as you wish! There is plenty to do in the Lake Geneva area.

When will I receive a formal invitation?

Answer

You'll receive the formal invitation in the February 2019 time frame. It will be due back upon selection of your meal choice by April 15th.

How did we choose The Grand Geneva Resort and Spa?

Answer

Cassie and Bill have loved to spend time in Lake Geneva over the years and feel a real connection to the area. It is local to both families and Cassie and Bill find the area particularly beautiful in both the summer and winter months.

What will the weather be like in early June?

Answer

The weather in Lake Geneva, WI in the early part of June can show itself to be both warm with temperatures in the 90's or mild with temperatures in the low 60's. Rain is always a possibility this time of year, we just hope mother nature cooperates.

How far is the ceremony from the reception?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church which is 2.5 miles from The Grand Geneva Resort and Spa where the reception will be held. You are welcome to drive or take a ride sharing service to and from the ceremony. Ride sharing (Uber and Lyft) are readily available in the area.

Are there restaurants at The Grand Geneva Resort and Spa?

Yes! There are 5 restaurants on property and in-room dining is available as well. If you would like to make dining reservations at one of the on-property restaurants, please call (262) 249-4788 to arrange.

How far is downtown Lake Geneva and the waterfront?

Answer

Downtown Lake Geneva is situated on the waterfront of the beautiful Lake Geneva. It is located about 3 miles from The Grand Geneva Resort and Spa. Downtown you will find a plethora of dining options and a quaint shopping experience with many small and local shops.

What options do I have for entertainment while I am in Lake Geneva?

Answer

The Grand Geneva Resort and Spa has many options to choose from including two golf courses, horseback riding, an indoor and outdoor pool, a water park, and much more. If you find yourself in downtown Lake Geneva, we suggest a boat ride, a trip to the beach or shopping in one of the many stores.
