This will be at the wedding venue. Just the wedding party, officiator, parents and flower girl will need to be in attendance!
6:00 pm
All guests are invited to our rehearsal dinner! It will be held at Snallygaster's in Bolivar, WV. We will be doing a wine tasting along with some charcuterie boards to snack on! Wine will be available for purchase after the tasting if you feel so inclined!
11:45 am - 1:45 pm
We have arranged shuttle transportation to and from the venue due to limited parking availability at the venue. There will be 2 shuttles making runs to the venue starting at 11:45am. Please be advised the shuttle pickup and dropoff will only be at our rental in Purcellville VA. You may park and leave your car there and retrieve it after the wedding!
2:00 pm - 7:00 pm
This event is semi-formal; tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. The property has a lot of grass, uneven stepping stones and small hills, please make sure to get a sturdy block or wedge heel or platforms. We don’t want anyone twisting an ankle! PLEASE BE ADVISED; The bride will not be wearing a traditional white gown. Black dresses should be avoided if possible!
The restrooms are located via a small staircase. The event is taking place outdoors at the end of October, there will be fire pits, small space heaters and blankets, but be sure to bring warm layers if you get cold easily! This is a 200 year old property and needs to be treated with the utmost respect! With that being said, we kindly ask that small if children be in attendance they are looked after VERY closely by their parents, any misbehaving children will be given a warning by the venue and then asked to leave if they're not following the rules. This is a tobacco and smoke-free property, they will kick you out if you are caught smoking anything, anywhere among the grounds. (Yes, this includes E-cigarettes and vapes.)
7:45 pm - 8:45 pm

Due to an early ending time we have decided to throw a little after party after the main wedding. We will provide snacks and more booze! Costumes not required but are welcome, it is Halloween after all!

Everyone is invited to come brunch with us on the morning after the wedding!
