A good specialty coffee shop in the neighborhood. Bonus spot: White Oak Bakery a few doors down.

Verbena Coffee

Not recommended due to distance (20 minute drive). BUT it is the coffeeshop Erin managed when she moved to Houston. Great food options and excellent coffee!
