Semi-formal. No tux required, but maybe leave the cargo shorts at home.

No. There will be an open bar with plenty of choices.

What time should I arrive?

Our Ceremony starts at 5:30pm. I would shoot for 5:15pm or a little sooner. People will be arriving around the same time and we would like you all to have enough time to get situated.
