Question

By what day should I submit my RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 22nd, 2025!

Question

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Our venue has a large gravel parking lot on site. You are welcome to leave your cars there overnight if needed. All vehicles need to be picked up by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday the 19th.

Question

Does the venue have wheelchair access?

Answer

Yes! The venue is completely ADA compliant and easy to navigate. There is a small/medium gradient on the way up to the ceremony space and you'll be seated on a grass lawn. Our lovely hosts also have a golf cart that can be requested for anyone who needs it.

Question

Will any kind of transportation be provided?

Answer

No. We have the benefit of being able to leave cars on-site overnight, so please plan to have a designated driver or carpool/shuttle. All vehicles must be moved from the wedding venue by 12:00 p.m. on Sunday the 19th.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The ceremony will be on a grass lawn and the reception is on a gravel surface. A jacket is encouraged for the evening as temps will drop.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is cocktail attire. We recommend a suit and tie for men and elevated dresses for women. Please, no denim! The ceremony will be held on a grass lawn, so ladies plan accordingly.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your kiddos, our event will be adults only so that everyone can relax and enjoy themselves! Thank you for making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate and let loose with us.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We appreciate your understanding as we have indicated plus-ones on select invitations.

Question

Who is invited?

Answer

Each persons name will be listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding as we are limited on the number of guests we can host.

Question

My invitation arrived but there is no "magnet". What should I do?

Answer

If your invitation came without the wooden magnet that says, "Roshee & Will...etc." please reach out to one of us directly and we'll mail you another in a more secure package.

Question

My invitation arrived with the magnet but the magnets themselves have fallen off the back. What should I do?

Answer

Regrettably, we used hot glue when we should have used some other sort of adhesive to secure the magnets to the back of the wood. If your wood magnet is missing a magnet or two, please reach out to one of us directly and we'll send you a replacement in a more secure package. Super glue or some type of cyanoacrylate glue should do the trick.
