If you are flying from the USA, keep in mind that New Zealand is ahead in time by a day, so if you were leaving the US on Tuesday you would arrive in New Zealand on Thursday even though the flight is only 12 hours. The best place to stay is in Queenstown town, near Pog Mahones Irish Pub. This is where the after-party will be, and it’s also near the pickup location where vans will collect everyone and bring you to the wedding venue. The van pickup is optional, but if you’d like a ride to and from the ceremony, this is where you’ll need to be. We will be arriving that Wednesday, February 24th, 2027, during wedding week. If you want to plan a trip around the wedding, please feel free to do so since you're in the South Island already. We highly recommend this as there's so much to do! SEE BELOW!

(PRESS “VIEW” BELOW) This is our Wanderlog site that shows our campervan trip plans around the South Island after the wedding. You’re welcome to join for any or all of it. You don’t need to rent a campervan. There are hotels at most of the locations we’ll be at. You also don’t need to do everything we’re doing. The hikes are optional, but you’re welcome to meet us wherever we are along the route. These are rough plans, so expect things to shift a little but the cities are locked in. Our first stop is Fiordland, which is a must-see in New Zealand. You can do it as a day trip, but it’s a very long drive and I don’t recommend it. There is a hotel there if you’d rather stay overnight. Reach out to either of us if you have any questions!
