This event is cocktail attire!
We invite all guests to join for our welcome party! Drinks will be provided and we hope to have a fun night kicking off our wedding weekend! The address will take you to the general Airlie property, but you will need to follow signs for the Smokehouse and Lakeside Tent. If you're on Airlie Road, we recommend turning onto Silo House Ave - that's the closest entrance to the Smokehouse, so the Smokehouse will be on your right soon after you enter Silo House Ave.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
We have a shuttle service called "Point to Point Limousine" that will be picking up guests from the Hampton Inn Warrenton (details on our travel page) between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM. The shuttles will be leaving the hotel at 4:30 PM, so please plan to meet the shuttles before then, if you plan to take them! The shuttles will also be taking guests back to the Hampton Inn at 11:00 PM after the wedding!
5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
We ask guests to please come in formal attire. Check out our Q&A page for more information!
Our ceremony will begin at 5:00pm with a cocktail hour and reception to follow. If you plan to drive to the wedding, we ask guests to arrive no earlier than 4:30pm. We will also have a shuttle service picking up guests from the Hampton Inn - check our "travel" page for more details. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will be indoors! Food and drinks will be provided - we can't wait to celebrate with you all!
11:00 am - 1:00 pm
We invite any guests to stop by Harry's Tavern for a farewell brunch. This is not a hosted event, but an opportunity to say goodbye before you travel home! Food and drinks will be available to purchase at the restaurant. The bride and groom will be there from 11am - 1pm, so feel free to stop by if you need some food before your travel!
