Karol was the first person to know that Will and Julia were engaged. It was because it should have been. They came to her and said, "We have something to tell you." And she said, " What? Is Julia pregnant? Is Will pregnant? Am I pregnant? Somebody has to be pregnant here". Karol is magical. And splendiferous. And absolutely important. If you ask Will and Julia why she's the maid of honor, they could say it's because she inspires them, or because she teaches them, or because she always supports them even when they don't support themselves; they could say all that and a great deal more and it wouldn't be enough. But maybe it could be most simply explained by saying that if anyone they have ever met can be trusted when they speak of Love, it's Karol. Fun Fact: Karol knows how to make concrete, and she WILL be working that into conversation.
Anna Brown

Anna and Julia have been friends for Julia's whole life. As only 1 year and 10 months apart, Anna and Julia were known to be inseparable. In 2021 Will and Julia moved into their first apartment together, an apartment that happened to be conveniently located just a wall away from Anna. On Saturday mornings a little knock can be heard where Anna is coming for a fresh Moka Pot and conversations about the week. Anna is an independent creative and textile artist. She works with artists in Halifax, creating everything from performance outfits to puppets, she is a very talented woman. Fun Fact: In 2007 Anna threw a national geographic book about frogs at Julia's face, giving her a lifelong fear of frogs.
Maya Taraschi

Maya and Julia met in 2019 at NSCC while Maya was studying Music Arts and Julia was studying Business Administration. Despite being on opposite sides of the campus the two drifted toward each other via their friend Tia. Maya and Julia soon became great friends going on notorious "Maya and Julia Nights" where the two were surely up to no good. In 2021, Julia, Will, and their fluffy son Daisy moved into their first home together, six months later Maya moved in, where to this day they share a home filled with more love than imaginable. Maya is an incredibly talented drummer in her band Skunk Motel, where she is creating connections and having truly beautiful experiences. There was never a doubt that Maya was meant to be a part of this special day, she is a blessing in this world. Fun Fact: Maya's favorite chips are Lays ketchup.
Emma Allan

Meet Emma Allan, she's a creative and artist who has an eye for beautiful things; her mind flows rivers of inspired artwork and ideas. Emma also has immense love to share and its reflective nature gives light and life to those she meets. Emma and her wonderful partner Tristan, have been together and in love for a long time. Thinking about the kind of love Will and Julia want, it's the kind of love that these two have. Emma and Julia have been friends for quite a while. However, throughout the years Julia and Emma have grown closer and closer, and throughout this whole time, Julia has learned that there is nothing better than being Emma Allan's friend. Fun Fact: Emma is also the only one who has ever touched Julia with a tattoo gun, and wonderfully she has created beautiful pieces that remind Julia of their friendship every time she looks at her ink.
