Flight
We suggest looking at flights into Tallahassee, Florida (TLH) which is about 45 minutes from Thomasville. Delta also has a few flights per day from Atlanta into Albany, Georgia (ABY) and Valdosta, Georgia (VLD) which are each about one hour from Thomasville. The drive from the Atlanta airport (ATL) to Thomasville is around 4 hours.

Travel Note
If you are driving from Atlanta, the drive to Thomasville is around 4 hours. We think the most reliable route is to take I-85S and I-185S through Columbus to avoid traffic on I-75 just outside of Atlanta. Be careful of speed traps between Columbus and Thomasville but especially in Richland, Dawson, Camilla, and Pelham! If you prefer I-75S, you can exit in Cordele, Tifton, or Adel to get to Thomasville. For those driving from Florida, Jacksonville and Saint Augustine are between 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours away, and Tampa is about a 4 hour drive.
