What if we want to arrive before Thursday and/or leave after Sunday? Great! We would love for you to start the party early and keep it going after. How do we get to the hotel from the airport? If you are flying into San José del Cabo International Airport (SJD), the hotel offers complimentary transportation, which guests may arrange directly with the hotel. If you arrive at a different airport, transportation can be arranged independently. Please feel free to reach out to Ernesto or Will, and our wedding planner can help explore group transportation options, if available. _____ ¿Cómo llegamos del aeropuerto al hotel? What if we want to come, but not stay at the Hard Rock? That's okay. Please let us know in advance so we may arrange for a day pass for you. A day pass is for only one entrance and exit per day. You will not be able to leave and comeback more than once on the same day. ______ ¿Qué pasa si queremos asistir pero no hospedarnos en el hotel? No hay problema. Solo te pedimos que nos avises con anticipación para poder gestionar un day pass. El day pass permite una sola entrada y salida por día; no será posible entrar y salir más de una vez el mismo día.

What if I want a different type of room than what is being offered? No problem. Find the room type you want on the hotel website, let one of us know, and we will add it to the block so you can book it. Are There Hotel Credits for Additional Activities? Per Hotel: Yep! $200.00 USD Resort Credit per night, per room, non-cumulative, not transferable and applicable to individual guest room folio only. Credit may not be applied toward charges to the master account. Resort Credit can be used for Spa, Beauty Saloon (selected services). Limits apply to each service. Credit cannot be combined with any other promotions. Credit options are based on published rates. Rebates are deducted from full rate. Resort Credit has no commercial value and is not subject to refund or credit. Resort Credit cannot be used towards attrition or future programs or to reduce guest room revenue. A 35% fee will apply for redeemed services. ______ ¡Sí! Cada habitación recibe $200 USD en crédito del resort por noche, aplicable únicamente a la cuenta individual de la habitación.
