When do we need to RSVP by?

October 10th 2024 is the final day to RSVP If you’re unable to make it please note that as well.

Invite Only. Plus one?
Answer
The space is limited. We carefully selected people to attend our special day. If you didn’t note you were bringing a plus one, previous to this invites, they may not have been included. Please be sure to check with the bride or/groom to make sure your plus one was already accounted for.

What time should we arrive at the wedding?
Answer
Please arrive between 2pm-2:30pm. If you are running behind and aren’t able to arrive by 2:45pm, please wait until the ceremony is over before entering the venue. You can enter the venue at 3:45pm if you are late.

Are the wedding ceremony and the reception at the same venue?
Answer
Both the wedding and reception will be at the same location.
Question
Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The wedding ceremony will be outside (if the weather permits). The reception will be inside.

Is there available parking?
Answer
There is parking at the venue. Once you pull into the parking lot, you can follow the trail to the left for additional parking. That will take you around the other side where you can enter the venue’s outside gate. If you arrive early there’s parking in the main parking lot and you can enter the outside at the end of the walkway to the outside ceremony.

Is there anywhere local we can stay?

There are local hotels listed on the site 10-12 minutes from the venue.

Are children allowed?
Answer
The children in the wedding are the ONLY children attending the ceremony. There will be videographers and we will be mic’d during the ceremony and in order to get footage with little background noise we ask that you make prior arrangements. *Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

Is there a dress code and what should I wear?

Will there be food served?
Answer
Food and drinks will be served. The menu will consist of: Ginger Salad Grilled chicken, salmon & beef Sweet and sour chicken Rock tempura shrimp Garlic broccoli and green beans Deluxe fried rice ( no meat)

Can we take photos at the ceremony?
Answer
The wedding ceremony is an unplugged ceremony. The officiant will provide an opportunity for photos and videos before and after the start and end of the ceremony.

Will there be drinks served?
Answer
Yes. Soft drinks, water and iced tea Adults 21 and over will receive two drink tickets. Any additional drink will be $6 per drink. Cashapp QR code will be provided at the bar from the bride and groom
